From pre-k to college, there’s nothing quite so much fun as seeing kids grow and change. I love capturing the real emotions of children, and there’s something about a kid reading a book that makes this homeschooling mom’s heart feel all warm and happy!

Music is one of those things that keeps finding a place in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever stop doing something in the music world, at least not for more than a couple years. The newest spin on it: taking pictures at Faith World. I got to be a part of the Media Team for a couple months. Here are some of my favorites.
We ended up doing pictures over three separate days. We had a WONDERFUL time. Not only is she photogenic, but she’s a lot of fun to be with.
Funny…I have no problem realizing I’m not in high school anymore, but it’s still tough at times to realize my high school friends grew up and have families, too.
My friend Julie, a clarinet buddy, has a beautiful family. They were my very first real “gig,” and that was such an incredible honor. I was completely blown away when they asked me for pictures, since I didn’t realize my work was good enough for others to seek me out. Thanks, Julie, for believing in me before I was ready to believe in myself!
